Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Heard Sri Anand Pati Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Manav Chaurasia, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3. The petitioner's application for issuance of passport is allegedly withheld on account of his implication in case crime no.333 of 2021 under Sections 143, 341 IPC, Police Station Jahanaganj, District Azamgarh.
