The petitioners by means of present writ petition prays for the following reliefs :- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent no. 2, to handed over the possession of allotted shop in pursuance of public auction dated 27.05.2025 in favour of the petitioners forthwith for which they have deposited entire amount of the allotted shop in question. 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent to take appropriate immediate decision on the representation of the petitioners dated 26.06.2025, 27.06.2025 and 28.06.2025 for handing over the possession of shop in question to the petitioners within span of time as may be granted by this Hon'ble Court." 2. The grievance of the petitioners is that despite the fact that the petitioners are highest bidder in public auction in respect to shop and have deposited the entire amount yet the petitioners have not given the possession of the shop. The petitioners in this respect have made several representations to respondent no. 2/Nagar Palika but nothing has been done. 3. Sri M.C. Chaturvedi, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Sri Shyam Mani Shukla, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3 submits that no representation is pending, however, authority shall consider the representation of petitioners if they submit the same. 4. In such view of the fact, the present writ petition is disposed of directing Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mayank Shekhar Singh, Shambhavi Nandan Counsel for Respondent(s) : Chandan Sharma, Jyoti Tripathi, C.S.C., Shyam Mani Shukla Smt. Ashma Parveen And 3 Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) to the petitioners to file detailed representation before respondent no. 2 ventilating all their grievances within three weeks from today. In case, any such representation is filed, the respondent no. 2 is directed to consider the same strictly in accordance with law.
