This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking transfer of MC No.202/2024 pending consideration before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gadag to the Competent Court at Bagalkote. 3. Having taken note of the submission of learned counsel appearing for the parties, the distance between Gadag and Bagalkote is nearly 120 kilo meters and therefore, taking into consideration the hardship that may be caused to the petition herein, I find force in the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Accordingly, petition is allowed. That MC No.202/2024 pending consideration before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gadag, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the Competent Court at Bagalkote forthwith.
