Borah, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. P. Hazarika, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Ms. S. H. Borah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam, who submits that though the Case Diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile charge-sheet has been laid bearing charge-sheet no.58/2025 dated 09.03.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners was granted interim anticipatory bail by order dated 28.02.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioners have co-operated in the investigation. 3. In view of the fact, that the charge-sheet has been laid, the interim order granted to the petitioners on 28.02.2025 is hereby extended for next 3(three) months or till the petitioners receive summons from the Trial Court, whichever is earlier. 4.
