This Court, vide order dated 24.11.2023, passed in MCRC No. 8027 of 2023, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Ali Haidar @ Lalla, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on occasion also, this Court had granted extension of time for RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 conclusion of the trial vide order dated 04.10.2024 in CRMP No.2693/2024. 4. The learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, District – Raipur (C.G.) through the District and Sessions Judge, Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 06.01.2025 has requested for grant of 3 months for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that the present case is at the stage of recording of the prosecution witness, and a total of 2 prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined. Hence, trial is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of 3 months time for concluding the trial. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
