The sole prayer made in the present application is to direct the learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Jaunpur to decide Case No. 984 of 2020 (Mohd. Waseem vs. Ratnesh Kumar), under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Shahganj, District Jaunpur pending before him with the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that he has no objection to the same. 4. Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the application stands disposed of requiring the court of learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Jaunpurand to decide in terms of sub-section 3 of Section 143 of N.I. Act. The same shall be considered with most expedition strictly as per the law of the land, subject to legal impediment, if any. 5. Passing of this order may not be construed that this Court has adjudicated the matter on merits.
