The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a) Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari, thereby quashing the notices dated 18.10.2025 bearing Notice No. GENOJA/RRN/46A&80A/43/25-26 and Notice No. GENOJA/RRN/46A&80A/50/25-26 issued by the Respondent No.3 to the Petitioner as per Annexures-A & B; and b) Issue any other appropriate writ or order or direction that be deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, be passed in the interest of justice and equity. 3. What is being challenged is a show cause notice which has been issued under Section 46-A of the Karnataka Stamp Act, 1957 and Section 80-A of the Registration Act, 1908. 4.
