By this application filed under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Saleh Ahmed, son of Abdul Razzak, resident of Village-Singua Fultoli, Police Station-Ramkrishna Nagar, District-Sribhumi, Assam is seeking bail in Ram Krishna Nagar Police Station Case No.152/2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 2234/2024, registered under Sections 376 IPC, read with Sections 9/10/11 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006, read with Sections 6/17 of the POCSO Act, 2012, wherein he was arrested on 22.12.2024 and is in custody since then. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. M. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No.152/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 08/2025 dated 15.02.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No.152/2025 corresponding to G.R.
