By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed that first information report be lodged against the respondent nos. 4 and 5 on the basis of application which he had given to the Superintendent of Police, Ghazipur on 24.6.2025. 2. Learned A.G.A. submits that if the FIR of the petitioner was not being lodged, then the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of filing an application under 173(4) of B.N.S.S., 2023. 3. We do find substance in the submission made by the learned A.G.A. If the petitioner is aggrieved of non lodging of the FIR, he can always file an application under Section 173(4) of B.N.S.S. 4.
