This application under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as BNSS) has been filed for seeking following prayers: "It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this application to quash the N.B.W. order dated 02-05-2025 passed by learned Additional Session Judge/F.T.C. 1st Rampur in S.T. No.195 of 2014 (State Vs. Tejram and others) arising out of Case Crime No.1410 of 2009, U/s 147, 148, 149, 452, 307 I.P.C., Police Station-Shahbad, District-Rampur, pending in the court of learned Additional Session Judge/F.T.C. 1st Rampur." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that in the aforesaid case applicant was on bail but on 02.05.2025 he could not appear before the trial court and non-bailable warrants were issued against him. It was further submitted that prayer made above is not being pressed and the applicant would appear before the trial court concerned and a direction may be made to the trial court to decide his application for cancellation of warrants/for bail expeditiously and protection may be granted till then. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant surrenders before the court concerned within a period of two weeks from today and applies for cancellation of warrants or for bail, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.
