2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gurdari P.S. Case No. 05/2024, for the offence registered under Section 103 of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Mrs. Sweta Soni, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla.
3. On 29.07.2024 at about 9:00 A.M., husband of the informant namely Abhishek Kumar had gone to Lohardaga, while on the way, he was murdered by unknown persons.
4. During the course of investigation, this petitioner was apprehended and on his pointing out, murder weapon was recovered, which was concealed in a school building.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that murder weapon was neither produced before the Court concerned nor was sent for forensic examination. It was further submitted that co- accused namely Rinku Pandit @ Niraj Kumar Mishra @ Niraj Mishra has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 10253/2024.
6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
7. Considering the fact that murder weapon was recovered on the pointing out of this petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
