Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred against the circular of the State Government dated 3.6.2015. He further submits that in Clause 1.5 of the said circular, it is stated that the persons who have completed 55 years of age shall not be transferred to a core schedule area or a schedule area.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the respondent competent authority within a week from the receipt of a copy of this order and in turn the competent authority is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within four weeks from its receipt. Till then, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 15.1.2025 (Annexure P1) is hereby stayed.
3. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Sd/-
