By means of this writ petitioner, the petitioners have sought indulgence of this Court in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 30.04.2025, by which the order for debit freezing for account of the petitioners was made. 6. Learned counsel for respondent no.4-complainant informed this Court that after investigation in the FIR No.0462 of 2022 dated 24.08.2022 registered at Police Station Kotwali Jwalapur, District Haridwar a charge sheet has been submitted on 28.07.2023. After submission of charge sheet an application for defreezing of the account was made to learned Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge, Haridwar. The learned Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge vide order dated 12.11.2024 rejected that application. Without challenging the said order, the petitioners cannot maintain the writ petition before this Court. The right course available to the petitioners would be to challenge the order dated 12.11.2024 passed by the learned Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge before appropriate forum in appropriate proceedings under the law. 7.
