The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kandi P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019 for the offences registered under sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Garhwa. On 12.01.2019, an unidentified dead body was recovered from Hemraji Pandi river. Later, the dead body was identified as that of Vilas Maske. It appears that deceased was having illicit relationship with Musan Devi @ Kavita Devi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of Musan Devi @ Kavita Devi. It was further submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and some of the accused persons who have faced separate trial, have been acquitted. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Garhwa, in connection with Kandi P.S.
