Hon'ble Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra,J. 1. The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus commanding respondent no.2 to issue passport to the petitioner forthwith. 2. According to the petitioner, the issuance of passport is being with-held on account of a case under Section 25 of the Arms Act against the petitioner. In the said case, it is submitted that by order dated 12.11.2016, the petitioner has been convicted with the term of imprisonment already undergone and fine of Rs.800/-. The petitioner has duly deposited the said fine. 3. Having regard to the submissions made, we leave it open to the petitioner to file representation before respondent no.2 alongwith supporting evidence and true attested copy of the instant order and in which event, respondent no.2 will take decision on the application of the petitioner without any further delay preferably within four weeks. 4.
