Narendar) Heard learned Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand. 2. Father of petitioner no. 2 is present in the Court today. We have interacted with him. He is willing to accept the petitioner no. 1. 3. Learned Deputy Advocate General would submit that in compliance with the earlier order of this Court dated 25.06.2025, protection was given to the petitioners. He would further submit that in case there is any further threat perception to the life of the petitioners, the concerned SHO shall make a fresh 1 assessment of the threat perception and will provide necessary protection, if required. 4. The submission of learned DAG is placed on record. 5. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition stands disposed off, as no further orders are required. 6.
