The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 378 of 2024 (M.C.R.A No.1128/2024), corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.34 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 17(b), 21(b) & 27(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikella. It was submitted that 4.57 grams of brown sugar were recovered from the possession of co-accused. It was also submitted that petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the place of occurrence. It was further submitted that co-accused Gaffar Ali has been granted bail by this Court. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikella, in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 378 of 2024 (M.C.R.A No.1128/2024), corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.34 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
