JUSTICE A. GUNESHWAR SHARMA O R D E R 27-03-2025 [1] Heard Mr. Sarvan Kumar, learned counsel for the applicants/writ petitioners appearing through video conferencing. [2] By the present application, the applicants/writ petitioners pray for early listing of the writ petition to take up for grant of interim protection from impugned orders dated 08-08-2022, 04-03-2024 and 24-03-2025 passed by Respondent No. 2. [3] Mr. S. Nepolean, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel for respondent No. 3, have pointed out that the order dated 24-03-2025 is in continuation of the earlier order dated 04-03-2024 and the earlier order dated 04-03-2024 is challenged in the writ petition. Learned senior counsel for the respondents have also pointed out that vide order dated 13-02-2025 passed by this Court in MC(WP(C)) No. 230 of 2024, this Court was not inclined to pass any interim order but the appointment of the Liquidator would be subject to the outcome of the writ petition. MC(WP(C)) No. 226 of 2025 [4] Mr. S. Nepolean, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos. 1 & 2, submits that since the earlier Liquidator has retired from service, the new Liquidator has been appointed vide order dated 24-03-2025 and it is submitted that the interim order dated 13-02-2025 covered the same as it is in continuation of the earlier order. Mr. Sarvan Kumar, learned counsel for the applicants/writ petitioners, submits that the interim order dated 13-02-2025 was with respect to the earlier order and not with respect to the fresh order dated 24-03-2025. It is submitted that the application will be withdrawn with liberty to approach the appropriate forum for challenging the order dated 24-03-2025. Recording the submission made at the Bar, MC(WP(C)) No. 226 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the appropriate forum, if so advised.
