By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the authority concerned to pay the compensation to the petitioner on account of death of her husband in pursuant to proposal made by the Respondent no.3 to Respondent no.2 on 05/08-08-2019, within stipulate period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard he has already represented the matter before the competent authority which is pending consideration till date. 4. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the competent respondent authority to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 28.02.2025 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6.
