Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission that he may be given liberty to give a fresh representation to the respondents, with the directions to the respondents authority to decide the representation within a stipulated time. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the respondents would take a decision on the representation that may be filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State counsel. The petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation within a period of one week to the respondents, with further direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of next four weeks.
