ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
" (i) ISSUE, a writ of certiorari or any other writ or direction quashing the addendum & clarification dated 10.9.2024 in No.CFS/IT-04/WS-Tender/01/2024-26 so far as clauses 30 & 33 are concerned therein, a copy of which is produced at Annexure-D to meet the ends of justice.
( ii) ISSUE, a writ of certiorari or any other writ or direction quashing the addendum & clarification dated 10.9.2024 No.CFS /IT-04/RT-Tender/02/2024-26 so far as clauses 6 & 11 are concerned therein, a copy of which is produced at Annexure-E to meet the ends of justice.
(iii) ISSUE any other writ or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the above petition and file an appeal under Section 16 of the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurements Act, 1999. Reserving such liberty the petition stands disposed of. The interim order earlier granted is extended until 05.01.2026 to enable the petitioners to file the appeal.

3. If the appeal is not filed by 05.01.2026, the interim order shall stand automatically vacated.
4. It is for the appellate authority to consider the application for extension of interim order post 05.01.2026.
5. The appellate authority is directed to dispose the appeal as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of filing of the appeal.
