ORDER 23.07.2025
1. The only grievance which has been projected by the petitioner in the instant petition is that, he has preferred various representations before the respondents, which have not been accorded due consideration. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would feel satisfied in case the present writ petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the Respondents 2 and 3 to accord consideration to the said representations within some reasonable time frame, to which the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection, provided the same is directed to be accorded consideration strictly in accordance with the rules and as per law occupying the field.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition is taken up for final disposal at this stage and is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the Respondents 3 and 4 to accord consideration to the representations alleged to have been filed by the petitioner, which have been placed on record as Annexure-II, with the writ petition, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with copy of writ petition and the annexures appended thereto, strictly in conformity with the rules and as per law. The order of consideration
which is likely to be passed by the said respondents be provided to the petitioner through registered post.
3. It is made clear that in case the decision which is likely to be taken on the representations of the petitioner, goes against the petitioner, he shall be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy under law.
4. Writ petition disposed of along with connected CM(s) in the manner indicated above.
