2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for the following reliefs:
“a) To issue the writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned
order / prescription dated 26.12.2024 with consequential effect issued by the office of the respondent no. 4 with his concurrence; and b) To issue a writ (s), order (s), direction (s) more in the nature of writ of mandamus to direct the respondent no. 4 or some independent institute to constitute a medical board to assess the medical category of the petitioner; and c) To issue a writ (s), order (s), direction Digitally Signed By:SUNIL Signing Date:31.01.2025 18:45:57 Signature Not Verified

(s) more in the nature of writ of mandamus to direct the respondent no. 2 and 3 to pay the arrears of the salary of petitioner pending since Dec, 2022; and d) To issue a writ (s), order (s), direction (s) more in the nature of writ of mandamus to direct the respondent no. 2, to transfer the petitioner near to his residence i.e. Narela, on medical ground; and e) to grant any other relief which the Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent. ”

Without going into the merits of the allegations made in the present petition and without in any manner commenting on the prayers made, we direct the respondents to consider the contents of the present petition as a representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today, and pass a reasoned order thereon.
4. In case the petitioner is aggrieved of the order passed by the respondents, it shall be open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
5. The petition alongwith the pending application is disposed of.
