Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. A perusal of the records reveals that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of the subject property. In this regard, the petitioner has also filed a suit in O.S.No.130 of 2019 for declaration and permanent injunction on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Thiruvallur, which is pending for adjudication without any interim order. That apart, the petitioner had earlier filed Crl.O.P.No.27829 of 2017 before this Court seeking the very same relief and the same was dismissed by order dated 04.06.2019. When the Civil Court is already seized of the matter and the dispute is purely civil in nature, the relief sought for in the present petition is not maintainable. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP Crl. Accordingly, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands dismissed.
