ORDER 23.07.2025 The petitioner’s grievance is that after his retirement, leave salary, to which he is entitled to, is not being released in his favour, although he approached respondents but of no avail. Mr. Bilal A Malla, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that this petition may be disposed of by directing the respondent to release withheld leave salary in favour of petitioner. Notice. Mr. Jahingeer A Dar, GA accepts notice. He submits that the claim of the petitioner for release of leave salary would be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law. In view of the submissions made, no purpose will be achieved by keeping this petition pending, therefore, this petition shall stand disposed of by providing that respondents shall consider the case of the petitioner for release of leave salary within a period of one month. Mr. Jahingeer A Dar, learned GA shall intimate the Department accordingly.
