This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Case No.729 of 2019 (State vs. Vaibhav Kumar) arising out of Case Crime No.290 of 2018, under Sections 279, 338, 304A IPC, Police Station Knowledge Park, District Gautam Buddh Nagar pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Buddh Nagar within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2019, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid Case No.729 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
