This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court below for expeditious disposal of Case No.24574 of 2022 in Case Crime No.398 of 2016, under Sections 419 & 420 IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Ghazipur pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghazipur within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2022, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid Case No.24574 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
