Petitioner filed a partition suit in the year 2020, which is registered as Original Suit No. 344 of 2020, before Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Roorkee, Haridwar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the defendants in the suit are duly served and defendant no. 1 has also filed objection to the temporary injunction application. 4. Since the temporary injunction application filed by petitioner in the said suit, in the year 2020 is not disposed of as yet, therefore, he has approached this Court seeking a direction to the court concerned. 5. Having regard to the fact that nearly five years have gone by since filing of the temporary injunction application, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the Court concerned to make endeavour to decide petitioner’s temporary injunction application, within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
