Page No.# 2/2 3. The present petitioner allegedly stabbed a girl with a kukri, in her evidence she has supported the aforesaid fact. The prosecution is yet to examine the Medical witness. 4. For the aforesaid reasons, this Court is finds that this is not a fit case for releasing the petitioner on at this stage. 5.
