Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Mishra (AOR No.A/R 0376/12) holding brief of Sri Anurag Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Moti Lal learned AGA for the State. 2. The case of the applicant is that a proceeding under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 & 354 IPC read with Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act stood initiated on 26.4.2013 pursuant whereto the applicant came to be summoned and on 23.4.2025 the applicant was accorded bail, however, according to the applicant due to certain reasons beyond the control and the comprehension the applicant could not furnish the bail bonds pursuant whereto a days time were accorded, however, it could not be submitted pursuant whereto non-bailable warrants have been issued on 29.4.2025/23.4.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only a week's time be accorded to furnish the same before the court below and in the meantime non-bailable warrants be not given effect. 4. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 5. Considering the submissions so made across the bar, looking into the over all facts situation only a ten days time be accorded to the applicant to submit the bail bonds i.e. say by 13.8.2025. 6. Till 13.8.2025, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant in Complaint Case No.607 of 2023 (Pinki Vs. Nitesh Kumar and others) under Sections 498A I.P.C. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Kayamganj, District-Farrukhabad, pending in the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate Kayamganj Farrukhabad. 7. The protection accorded to the applicant is only available subject to compliance of the terms and conditions and timeline as provided herein and in case of default, the order shall stand vacated without reference to the Bench. 8.
