The order sheet dated 10.03.2025 reads as under: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the respondents. It is noticed that the learned counsel for the petitioner even though claims that 2.20 acres of land in Survey No.28/1 of Sangapur village, Gangavati Taluk, is granted in favour of his father, as per the letter dated 03.09.1990, no such document is produced before the Court. Learned AGA submits that there is no such order granting land in favour of the petitioner or his father. The land in question is a reserved forest area. Therefore, the question of granting the land in favour of the petitioner or his father does not arise. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for two week’s time to produce necessary documents. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:5565 WP No. 107800 of 2024 The order sheet dated 19.02.2025 discloses that such a direction was already issued directing the counsel for the petitioner to produce necessary documents. List this matter finally, as a last chance, on 26.03.2025. 3. In spite of that, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready to address his argument. Hence, the petition dismissed. In view of dismissal of the petition, IA No.1 of 2025 stands disposed of. Sd/- (M.G.UMA) JUDGE VB CT:ANB List No.: 1 Sl No.: 14
