By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.0003 of 2025 dated 01.02.2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 106(1) and 324(5) of the B.N.S. Act, 2023, registered with P.S. Sonprayag, District Rudraprayag. 4. Before the learned counsel for the petitioner could argue on merits, learned State Counsel on instruction submits that after investigation, the petitioner has been exonerated from the charges by the Investigating Agency on 09.04.2025. The learned State Counsel passed on to this Court the said instruction, which is taken on record. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, nothing survives in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly closed. 6. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
