Learned Sub has submitted his report recording satisfaction that all the parties have entered into a valid compromise without any influence or coercion. relevant part of the report as under has been submitted:
“ (i) Total Number of persons found involved as accused in the dispute/F.I.R. As per the statement of Investigation Officer, the present F.I.R. was filed against one accused person i.e. Harman Singh. (ii) Number of complainant/victim(s) There is only one complainant/victim i.e. Aditya son of Sh. Anil Kumar. (iii) Whether all the accused and complainant/victim(s) are party to the compromise and signed the same. Yes, the statements of the accused and complainant/victim have been recorded on 11.12.2025 as directed by the Hon'ble High Court. The said parties signed on the statement. (iv) Statement of the Investigating Officer of the case. Yes, the statement of Investigating Officer of the case has been recorded (forwarded as Annexure wi report).
