This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the respondent revenue authorities for removing the encroachment of encroachers from the land of the Petitioner and deliver the possession of balance area 0.126 hectare to the petitioner as early as possible or within a time-frame which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper. b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the respondent revenue authorities for taking appropriate legal action against the encroachers." From perusal of the prayers made in the writ petition, the relief as prayed, cannot be granted. However, in case petitioner moves an application under Section 134 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within 15 days from today, the authority concerned shall decide the same strictly in accordance with law, within a period of next two months. Writ petition stands disposed of.
