Heard Sri Saurav Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Suresh Singh, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. Petitioner is a retired employee of U.P. Jal Nigam and has approached this Court that despite he got retired on 31.12.2021, but till date his retiral dues are not paid. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that U.P. Jal Nigam is facing financial constraint, therefore, there is a delay in considering grievance of the petitioner. However, he assures that all endeavour will be taken that retiral dues of petitioner will be settled within a reasonable period. 4. The factom of financial problem faced by Respondent-U.P. Jal Nigam is not much disputed by learned counsel for petitioner. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, taking note of aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that claim of the petitioner for retiral dues shall be considered expeditiously.
