Through the medium of present petition, the petitioner has challenged order dated 19.05.2025 passed by the learned Munsiff, Qazigund whereby Tehsildar Qazigund has been directed to implement the exparte interim order dated 07.05.2025 passed by the said court. 2. Issue notice to the respondent. 3. Mr. Masroor Rashid, Adv. vice Mr. Rizwan ul Zaman, Adv. who is on caveat accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. Caveat is accordingly discharged. Learned counsel for the petitioner, during the course of arguments, has submitted that the petitioner would feel satisfied if a direction is issued to the trial court to decide and dispose of the application of the plaintiffs under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of Code of Civil Procedure expeditiously after hearing the parties. 5. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to which learned counsel for the respondent does not have any objection, the petition is disposed of at the threshold stage itself by directing the learned Munsiff Qazigund (the trial court) to decide the application of the plaintiff under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of Code of Civil Procedure on its merits after hearing the parties most expeditiously preferably within a period of 15 days from the date a copy of this order is made available to the said court. 6.
