The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Itkhori P.S. Case No. 90/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 64, 318(2) & 351(2)(3) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Chatra. 3. The petitioner, on the pretext of marriage, established consensual physical relationship with the victim who is aged about 18 years. She became pregnant. Later on, the family members of the petitioner refused to solemnized marriage with the victim. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship. 6. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Chatra in connection with Itkhori P.S.
