The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 13.07.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0397 of 2025 Under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 333, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 110, 131, 324(2), 109(1) B.N.S., Police Station-Sahawar, District- Kasganj. (ii) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the first information report dated 13.07.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0397 of 2025 Under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 333, 115(2), 352, 351(3), 110, 131, 324(2), 109(1) B.N.S., Police Station-Sahawar, District- Kasganj." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
