On the last hearing date, i.e., on 08.07.2026, this Court pointed out that the revision filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India seeking to strike off the entire plaint is not maintainable in view of the latest decision rendered by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of P.Suresh Vs. D.Kalaivani & Ors. When this Court pointed out the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he sought further time to get instructions. 3. Today (14.07.2026), learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this revision can be disposed of by directing the trial court to dispose of the suit, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle accordingly. 4. In accordance with the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to raise all objections that have been raised before this Court through this revision before the trial court in O.S.No.187 of 2017, pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu.
