Petitioner has filed a suit for cancellation of a gift deed, which is pending before Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)-III, Dehradun and is registered as O.S. No. 49 of 2023. Petitioner has filed an application seeking temporary injunction in the said suit, which is yet to be considered. Thus, petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to Court concerned to expedite hearing of the temporary injunction application. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that temporary injunction application was filed by petitioner, on 19.05.2025. He submits that the person who relies on the gift deed, which is sought to be cancelled, has transferred the property in question to other persons and the transferee has further sold the property to others, which if not checked, will gave rise to multiplicity of proceedings. 4. Having regard to the facts of the case, writ petition is disposed of with a request to learned Trial Court to consider petitioner’s temporary injunction application on the next date fixed i.e. on 10.07.2025.
