The present writ petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India has been preferred with a prayer to issue a direction to the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)/ Judicial Magistrate- Ist, Mainpuri to decide the Case No. 199 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No. 248 of 2015, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of I.P.C., P.S. Bewar, District Mainpuri, wherein protest petition is pending since 13.02.2020. Considering the fact that the protest petition has remained pending since 13.02.2020 without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month after production of certified copy of the order, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
