JUSTICE RAJESH RAI K) The Contempt of Court case is initiated for the willful disobedience of order dated 27.10.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.11383/2022, whereby the learned Single Judge had directed the Bangalore Development Authority ('BDA' for short) to consider the representations at Annexure-A dated 15.04.2010 as well as Annexure-A1 dated 30.01.2012 to the writ petition and to pass appropriate orders in-terms of 1996 Rules. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the BDA filed a compliance affidavit dated 05.04.2023 along with the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:35488-DB CCC No. 184 of 2023 endorsement issued by the Commissioner of BDA dated 23.03.2023 and submitted that the order passed by the learned Single Judge is complied with. However, the same is disputed by the learned counsel for the complainant and he submits that the direction of the learned Single Judge has not been complied with. However, considering the limited scope of contempt petition, we cannot further proceed in the matter. Accordingly, the Contempt of Court case is dropped.
