As per the instructions received by the learned A.G.A., the corpus has been recovered and she has expressed that she is residing with respondent no.4, Jeetu on her own sweet will and as per her desire. The corpus is major. At this stage, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioners to withdraw this petition. Prayer is allowed. The present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
