(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 483 BNSS is for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.124 dated 04.03.2025 under Sections 326(G) of BNS and later on added Section 238 of BNS registered at Police Station Sector 32-33, Karnal. 2. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner contends that a compromise has been effected with the complainant who is none other than the wife of the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner be granted the concession of bail. 3. The learned counsel for the State alongwith the counsel for the complainant-Anju Bala submit that indeed a compromise has been arrived at between the parties and they have no objection if the petitioner is granted the concession of bail. 4.
