The petitioner, serving as Clerk in the office of the Deputy Commissioner Lahaul & Spiti at Keylong, complains that his representation dated 28.06.2024 (Annexure P-2), forwarded by respondent No.3 to respondent No.2, seeking his transfer from hard and tribal area to a soft area of his choice, after completing about six years and nine months of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - service, has not been as yet decided by respondent No.2. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2 /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable transfer policy within a period of four weeks from today.
