The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in making efforts to conduct survey at the instance of the 5th respondent over an extent of Ac.0.49 cents in Sy.No.106/2 of K.G.Kandrika Revenue Village, Kondepi Mandal, Prakasam District, despite a Civil Suit vide O.S.No.534 of 2024, on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kandukur, Prakasam District is pending between the parties. 2. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue placed instructions submitted by the Tahsildar, Kondepi Mandal, stating that the application dated 28.11.2024 filed by the 5th respondent for conducting survey was considered and the same was rejected by way of an endorsement dated 02.01.2025. 3. The instructions furnished by the Tahsildar, Kondeipi Mandal are placed on record. 4. In view of the same, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
