No.203/2021-22, wherein the revision petition filed by the petitioner questioning the order dated 25th February, 2020 (Annexure-B) passed by the respondent No.3 in Appeal No.85/2019-20 was dismissed by the respondent No.1. 2. Heard Sri. Jayakara Shetty H., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Manjunath K., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, I have carefully examined the finding recorded by the respondent No.1 in the impugned order dated 24th May, 2022 (Annexure-A), wherein the respondent No.1 had stated that there is a discrepancy in respect of measurement of the land after the phodi has been effected with the measurement mentioned in the order of grant. In that view of the matter, as the matter has been remitted to the respondent No.4 to reconsider the issue afresh in accordance with law, no - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:26634 WP NO.20419 OF 2022 interference be called for in this writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. 4.
