Due to inadvertent and typographical mistake in the cause title of the order dated 5th February, 2025 the name of the petitioner has wrongly been written as “Dilip Kumar Gangopadhyay @ Dilip Kumar Gangopadhyay & Ors. instead of Sri Dilip Kumar Gangopadhyay alias Dilip Kumar Gangopadhay & Ors.” Let the said correction be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 5th February, 2025 and other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
