The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the court below i.e. Judge Small Cause Court, Allahabad to decide the SCC case No. 26 of 2013, Smt. Chanda Devi and another Vs. Sri Nath alias Lall and others, pending before him since 7.5.2013 within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court and/ or to pass any such other and further interim order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that S.C.C. suit filed on behalf of the landlord/ petitioners is pending before Judge Small Cause Allahabad since 7.5.2013. He further placed the copy of the order sheet of the pending proceeding in order to demonstrate that matter is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to Judge Small Cause Allahabad to consider and decide the aforementioned S.C.C. suit No. 26 of 2023 in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
