Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.K. Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent-Bank. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter-alia with the following prayer:- I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the Respondent Bank to grant sufficient time for depositing the rest OTS Amount of Rs. 8,95,000/- according to the OTS (One Time Settlement) sanctioned date i.e. 26.03.2025. 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to the effect to direct the respondent No.2/Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank, Branch Charaura, District Bulandshahar to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 30.06.2025 submitted by the petitioner, copy of which is appended as Annexure No.3 to the writ petition. 4. On the other hand, it is argued by Sri R.K. Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent-Bank that the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing petitioner to submit certified copy of this order along with copy of the representation dated 30.06.2025 before the respondent No.2/Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank, Branch Charaura, District Bulandshahar within two weeks. In case, the petitioner does so, the respondent No.2 will decide the representation dated 30.06.2025 most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three weeks from date of production of certified copy of this order.
